| I wanted to share this...it was the poker equivalent of lightning striking twice in the same place.. I was playing in a cash tourney yesterday. No biggie...just a $0.96 buyin with 40 players. I've been playing them for around 3 months now, and so far my bankroll has grown from $10 to $168.46. Top 7 get paid and winner gets $10.95. Anyway... This hand was an unbelievable occurrence... I was in 12th position with 28 left out of the starting 40.. I had no cards worth betting on for a long spell..just folding and ghosting other players. The blinds were 150/300 and I was in BB with 1,350 chips..the average was around 3,000 1 player, mid position raised to 900... the button re-raised all in. Small blind goes all in with 2,700 chips. I had K d K h and thought it was time to see some action, so I called all in. The other player, the initial raiser called..so four players to the flop... The cards turned over...and BOTH the bigger stack players had AA... and the small blind had KK !! The flop was 2d 7c 6d . Turn was 4d... river was 9d... and the player with the Ad picked up a nice pot with the flush. What are the odds of 4 players in the same hand on a 10 player table getting AA + AA + KK + KK?? and THEN...one of them winning with A FLUSH? I've NEVER seen anything like it before in all the time I've been playing...the odds must be 10000s to 1 against. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like that?
