I have to say though, this tourney I think has had the best cheerleaders. Am happy I was off work this whole week so I got to watch most of all the games. It was a very fun week for me.

as per usual it was a great week again, wish i was feeling better to be out and cheering all on. Congrats to Ireland on their win and to all the players and supporters involved.

DK, don't beat yourself up if u dont get the cards it's card to compete, i was done to 90 chips, never hitting even a pair of two's and just lucked out and the cards changed. We can only play what we get! Great effort usa!!!!

Just a reminder for all that wanted to play but couldn't get a team together that a few of us have started a club to help people to get on teams. It is called "The International Tourney Players Club" and the link to it is in my signature. Everyone interested in playing or just cheerleading, is welcome to join.

Fred is looking for a European team, so anyone that is still looking to join, you can contact him through there.

At the moment we have 8 North American players listed. Not enough for 2, but too many for one. Scgirl is awesome at remembering who lives where, but I have to keep going back through threads and pm's to remember. It would be so much easier to have everyone in one place.

Also, I know the Aussies have a difficult time getting a team together because of the time zones, so this would help the ones that still want to play get on a team.

This may seem like I'm spamming for the club, but as I and the other creators of the club feel, the more teams the better. So we are just basically trying to recruit more teams for the tourney.

Jimmy has had a word with Fred in private re the 'European team'. Fred now has his team sorted and is representing Wales. As this is an INTERNATIONAL tournament, we are unable to accomodate Europe or any continents for that matter, as a nation.
