Just Wondering

Was watching a convo at a table and it went something like this:

A- what you win in that tourney?
B- 30k
A- cool
B- and some medal
B- what's that for?

got me wondering what the members play the OP66 tourneys is it the chips or the medals ?

for me it is prestige of the medals

Medals are the most important, points help. Its nice to find your name on a toplist. The chips might help out any of our newer members, otherwise the winnings are not significant.

for me tho, currently, at least , its ALL about just makin' points

edit: that is, until Auggie gets another gold,,,, THEN i really need to focus on medals, the gold kind ...

i will say its only medals chips r crapp i do agree wi jim its bingo mad on here example i had kk raised 60 chips most went 1 raised 600chips so i allined him he had 82 off suit he hit 2 then rivered 2 wow was ul on 1st hand of gm 2 but never mind let hope it gets better as it costin most of u r pot 2 call had great funn in out laws its crazy as owt now thats funny gm dont know wat u winnn but its lik baz ultra think we need more tourdys it take ages 4 next 1 so why not more

Its the chat I play for, love the medals-thats the bonus. If chat doesnt work (or improve at this moment in time), I will probably quit playing online poker and find the real game and play

Chat is what has brought this site to what it is. Wow so many preposistions in that one. MrC would be impressed or disgusted lol.

I play to kill time nowadays, not a fan of the styles I'm seeing so it's lacking it's lustre for me

If I play for anything else it's for the rush at the final table.

Used to play for the medals but that got frustrating, you know trying so hard lol

However I do enjoy to chat. If I'm doing good
and have a nice chip stack I don't chat much.
I'm not to good at muti-tasking....
