loosing chips unfairly

when the server goes down nd u have a big amount of chips commited 2 the pot if theres 1 person who can still bet he wins as u get froze out nd auto folded.. this happend to me 2nite on hulk 5k holdem bet 200k after the flop had pocket ks nd floped a king a dude called then after the turn i tryed 2 bet again but it froze me out he bet 5k nd i couldnt call as was froze so it folded me.. not only did i not win the pot but i lost 200k plus 50k b4 the flop so 250k of my own chips.. regardless of how much i still have this is unfair as 2 make 250k is hard enuf anyway nd 2 have it stole away from u 4 sumething thats not ur fault hurts even more... sorry 4 posting problems all the time but it seems thats all thats happening at the minuit...

unfortunatly at present there's no logs or anything for us to use to refund on the play side, but if you loose real money 24/7 will sort it out for you
