Default maybe old rule better

on ring tables 5 to 10 limmit a player had 3 hundred thousand chips u start with 1 thousand .imppossible to get fair go he was sucking your chips away with over betting ..maybe old script rules were better when u had so many chips u were booted off ..to go to bigger table ...just my thought on this ......

the flaw in that logic is that there is a cap to how much you can sit at the table with. The dude with over 300K had to sit and start with only 1K just like everybody else. Its not like he SAT with 300K, he EARNED it there on the table, and as such, has the right to play however he likes.
on a side note, there was never a rule that 'booted' you off the table once you hit a certain amount.. on this or any of the old scripts.
There was a rule that prohibited you from sitting at the lower tables if you had more than 'x' in your bank, but that's a different thing entirely.

on the 1st script we had

learning tables which you could not play with more than 2k total bankroll

newbies tables which you could not play with more than 20k total bankroll

once you had reached the limits (total bankroll not what you had at the table)you were required to leave the tables and move up.

this was possible due to the fact we was not part of a network

yupyup mrcool
if u earn a stack then use it bully why not? its poker

and soz but i totally disagree with u mrdarcy, if u feel u are being bullied at that table and cant play there move to another one, or if u have enough in the bank to be playing there in the first place and u are smart enough u can make a lotta chips from players like that just need to be very patient.

and if u wana avoid the kinda play u r talkin about it (and i see a lot of it cos i love goin onto the lower tables for a change and being one of those bully players ) then once u earn ur way up to the top ring table u will see a whole different class of play - the top ring table play now is the best it's been in a long time.

i think a problem is people have to see that yes this is online poker....still doesnt mean we cant get a real poker feeling.....so a guy wins a lot of chips at a casino table...is he told to leave...no...he can play where he wants....u have the choice to get up and move to a diff table...thats ur choice to make.....however i do see where ya coming from darcy...just got to understand its all part of trying to create a real poker scenario
