No cash out on the money side

this is my last resourse i have ask for some of my cash money on the money side but they keep giving me all source of excuses of why i can cash out.

when i sign in it clearly say no cash out restriction i'm ranking top 14 there right now, but if i can cash out what good is to me????

have you depositted money? I think you need to make a deposit to be able to cash out.
