we need rules that no doubt. but so harsh banned 4 life is 1 i would only agree with on cheatin ..my veiws bann from furum 1 month eatch time u do bad pm or post that offends or bullin..its like in life u if u do wrong..u r punished thease r my veiws ..as i said i did pm to say sorry 4 wat i had done.. i ve had people when was on here nasty 2 me they did pm me 2 say sorry ..thats fine wi me..we all hav bad days

So what happens when the same people get banned every month, just to come back and do it all agaim time after time, how many players would the site have left then?

I feel like I need to chime in here, as this has been discussed several times. We do not jump to a lifetime ban on the first offense unless it is a significant event.

Anyone who breaks the rules, as you have pointed out, should get a short term punishment. Further rule breaking results in a longer punishment and after many warnings and several offenses, it finally escalates to a full ban.

Allowing people who have repeatedly broken the rules to come back assumes that they have changed, when we know that is not the case. If they were going to obey the rules they would have adopted that philosophy after the first ban, not pushed the system to the point where they had to be banned for life.

Just my .02 worth.

The rules are here to protect the site, its players and its reputation.

so if i report every 1 that does eneything wrong.. they would hav abwt few players left .. bannin 4 life is not answer ..players r scared 2 say eneything..other players can switch off players chat if u don t like emm...i dare say u could block pm s off them.. not sure abwt post ..why not ask players how harsh banns should b n wat amount ov time..i hav nowt againt eney player on here...but i will say wat i beleve is best 4 site and players ....i ve done sum bad things and good ... so why not focus on good...so do players hav no say on how site is run ...its players that make the site

If they're not your friend then the PM should be sent to one or both of the mods. ( or am I missing something here? ).
The rules of the forum are pretty simple..and you did say in your first post that you're leaving, so why keep challenging them?
