Hi,if a new neighbour plays music too loud at what point can you kick the door down,smash their faces into the stereo and insert their speakers up their backsides bit by bit or have i got it wrong and thats still illegal.

first i would bring them some beer as a nice gesture and ask them to keep it down if that dont work and if its dark outside sneak over and turn off their breakers and shut off electicity he he. did that once and they were too drunk to check so the power company was called and they turned it on and told them someone musta turned it off they found out it was me but they nicer now lol be careful dont know how strict the trespassin laws over there dont get in trouble or at least dont get caught

If you go down the baseball bat route. Don't forget to take the ball and glove.
From what I have heard, if you have the other two items, then the bat wouldn't appear to be a weapon.
If you ask them to consider the volume of their music and don't get the reply or responce you wanted, you can then hit the ball through the window and claim it was an accident
