Default Other card games

First of all, I'd like to say that I posted this in General Poker Discussion because it's not entirely off-topic. If the guides feel the need to move it please feel free to do so.

Anyway, since I'm guessing a good portion of you like poker, I was wondering if anyone plays other card games. After reading One of a Kind: The Stu Ungar Story (which was a great book by the way, I might post a review later) I decided to try my hand at other card games, namely gin and pinochle. Lately, I've been playing gin nearly as much as I have poker, as I like the psychological aspect of it as well as the skill-to-luck ratio. Pinochle is almost entirely different and I did not enjoy it as much, though it is a great time-killer.

If anyone else plays gin/rummy, pinochle, or any other card games I would like to talk about them here.

List of games to learn:

Bridge
Canasta
Mahjjong (not a card game but oh well)

I used to play Crib(Cribbage)and really enjoyed it, but either it has slippped out of fashion or not played much in Scotland. I really cant remember the last time I played it.

I loved playing cribbage with the old guys in the pub, many a long story was told over a game.

I Think Jockney is right in that its very hard to find it being played anywhere now.
