there are many reasons to play in tourneys but which do u play for

If we are talking multi table tourneys, then my answer would to be to gain points in an attempt to move up the leaderboard. The thrill of reaching the final table, the banter with the regular players, and the thrill of obtaining a Gold medal.

I must admit that I like first to see how far I get, but I do want to win. (Out of the five tournaments that I played, I won one and finished 7th once.)

I dont really bother with the big tourneys ,but I nearly always stick to the minis , it just seems a nice way to move around the site chatting & playing by starting on the lower tables & moving up to the higher buy ins , & therefore pitting yourself against better players on the way ,But the thing to remember is ITS ALL FREE & ITS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN

Id love to play a big tourney, but 5hrs they say, its getting time. I definately will have a late night sometime and give it a go

Big tournys come round every 5 hours, usualy only take 2-3 hours to compleat depending on how many enter.

I play mainly multi table tournys, occasionally play a couple minis.

I play because i enjoy the challenge and the rest is pretty much coverd by what Jockney said.
