Thumbs down Refreshing Chips

I do NOT know why it takes sometimes 20 or 30 times refreshing to get the 1000 chips back! I have the most up to date computer and ultra high speed broadband internet so it is NOT at my end. ALL other sites respond instantly.
Maybe this sites server is old and outdated. This is a BIG problem and becomes infuriating. Considering just playing elsewhere, although it would be nice if this was fixed, cause it is a good site.

Try signing out and signing back in, that might work.

Well. Tried the multiple clicking. That just froze the home page. Then tried the relogging in, still to be faced with the same thing ZERO chips

Whats this credits thing about anyway? It says to the right here --->
that I have 654. Dunno, but hey forest, you have over a million. Care to donate say 30,000? LOL

Sorry, I just had to read more in these forums. My bad

How many credits do you have to have before you can start exchanging them?

Yes. Am at zero every time I go to reset chips. I'm at a loss. Have tried all suggestions, to no avail so far

you have to have 1000 credits to be unmuted? I thought you just had to ask for it.
