BUT!! imo it can only survive if those that don't wanna play by

I vote yes...I've slept a couple of hours on it, and this is what I think...My opinion is... let it rest for a couple of months..Let everyone cool down and get there breath....Keep it to minimum of 12 or 14 players per team...Just keep it personal and fun...we have op66 tourneys to hold a larger group.
Most importantanlty...keep it as a "Invite only Tourney"...not free for all...
and maybe do it every other month so there will be no stress between team members...
I seen where Tracey does have a great idea, bout havin' set Capt. unless the person that wins and wants to take over...I would be more than happy to share that responsibility with Tracey... , and a great pleasure...
Now if we can find a man that loves this tourney as much as we do, to step up and do the same for the guys team...
I love The Titans...and would love to see it back in it's glory. I do think The Titans Tourney needs a break....So the tourney itself can rejuvenate..

I was on a table that had...well lets say some high spirits last night i was shocked at the way some people acted but if the tourney was set to a certain number of players and is an invite only tourney i think it could work really well.

what i do want to say tho is, the Titans WAS one of the best tourneys here, and i really really hope that one day it WILL be again., unfortunately, those that live in 'glass houses' and spoil it for others after complaining about others play in previous matches, have brought it down to the fiasco of last nights.

Right my vote is yes... although I accidentally clicked on the wrong button ( maybe its a sign ).
Anyways, would be nice to see this tourny carrying on the way it should be played. I think that maybe actually posting a set of rules about team play would be more useful. This would allow people that do join the tourny to actually know how its meant to be played...
Again this is a TEAM event. Leave them egos behind and play as a TEAM

Well Teebs, when I have had the honor of bein' capt. I send out personal invitations and instructions on how to this should be played, to the best of my ability...and also some rules...but, for some reason they seem to go out the window....My Strict rules are..."We are goin' in as team, and comin' out as a team". "Do Not over bet a lady, unless you are low stacked and there are guys in the pot...and ya feel very confidant ya have a chance of winnin'"...."If it's just ladies in a pot check it all the the way out...PERIOD." I tell 'em I don't care if you are foldin' the best hands...(and btw, it seems as though ya get the best cards in the titans...)you never raise another lady! I can only speak for myself on how I do it, and by no means do I think I have it down pat...but I try so hard to make it as fun as possible, and have tried to include newer ppl., But I think that's my downfall...I think if newer ppl. want to play they should maybe watch a few games...and get the meanin' that way. Cause tryin' to explain doesn't seem to have worked out to well.
My number 1 reminder to all GODDESSES...is "this tourney is not a INDIVIDUAL game play...it's all 'bout TEAM play"...and that right there is my "TOP PRIORITY!!!!" But it's like all goes in one ear and out the other with some people....

having been involved in 3 titans with arguements,and foul chat,,if we can keep it down to 12 players and 3 res ,i will vote yes for titans,and put my name in the hat,for permenent capts job joined,with another,i would like crinks and flip,to vote,as i know for a fact y they dont play,and only by sitting on the fence, they are letting the bad players win it will, and can be great again,,so i hope its oct halloween for the next one

Oh White Wizard...ya have tickled my heart, for volunteerin' for permanent capt. chair...and I for one think 12 players and 3 reserves would be awesome. That away we wouldn't struggle to just find anyone that would play.
I too would love for Crinks and Flip to vote....Cause I have desperately have missed 'em playin' and bein' apart of The Goddesses....

Thanks Sharron... I too just felt honored to be invited...I will never forget My first titans...Poor Betty, it was just me and her on the table full of men..I was just gettin' my feet wet...Bless her heart...I didn't do to well...needless to say. But will tell yall a big secret...I sat here front of my computer and cried...cause I was so excited and I done awful..I was sittin' with ppl. I have up-most respect for...and thought wow I was invited to this...I'm sittin' with the big dawgs...and just played awful..I was the 1st out...and I seriously cried...I think I called Breezy...I was so upset that I'd let the Goddesses down..I thought I would never be invited again...but guess what I was...But I have still till this day won that tourney! I have so much compassion for it...and love to do whatever I can to help with it..The Banter is off the charts...and I just love it.
And guess what I feel kinda the same 'bout the Internationals...And felt so honored when I was invited to play for the USA team...I again was 1st out...My son came in and caught me cryin' he said what"s wrong...I told him and he laughed at me...said Momma it's just a comp. I said NO I was representin' The USA, and I failed...and let my team down. I wouldn't play for a long time again, because I still felt like I'm not good enough.
But, I've relaxed some since 'em days...Just to let yall know, yeah, my family thinks I'm insane...cause I love most of the ppl. here and some I talk to here more than my family memebers...I see some of yall everyday and for the last 3 yrs. So I can't help it....And if I don't see someone in awhile..and used to seein' 'em often....I sincerely get worried.
