'Sleepers'

I'm not sure if this has been raised before...but here goes.
The sleeper issue is still ticking people off. Don't get me wrong, I understand that we register for Tourney's to make up numbers so that we can play because the minimum to register is 20...and we ARE grateful to these players who do this to enable us to have a game...BUT...in smaller tourny's where the stakes are higher and minimum numbers to register, it is getting annoying.
I know I always refer back to the 1st Script...but in the tourney's there, if the table folded you four times on the trot you were automatically eliminated...any chance of this happening here?
I think if automatic elimination was brought back it would solve a lot of these issues.

Yes its been said before splash...If you pay to play you can sit out..even in real poker games.

I for one am very grateful to the people who register knowing they can't play , so our tourneys start. So many more would be cancelled if it wasn't for them.

I agree with you splash...if the four folded hands in a row was still here it would solve the problem....they could register , get the tourney started then leave. ( if they are happy to sleep i'm sure they would be happy to leave )

But so many ideas and suggestions have been put forward to the site to try and inprove things....and nothing happens, nothing changes. I wouldn't hold my breathe..............

It wont be changed, it cannot be changed it is within the rules of poker to do it.

I understand this is in the rules Aus...and sleepers don't bother me....but other ideas have been put forth that would help with the cancellation of the tourneys. Idea's that are more than possible to implement, which would mean people wouldn't need to "sleep". Would possibly solve a few issues at once ......

They are noted and taken on board Deb, and implemented if its reasonable to do so, sometimes it just takes time
