Summer Time

Hey all. Wandering where did you all spend your summer vacation.I was on the seaside in my country Croatia! So please post your summer vacation destinations and stories if u have them!

Every year I go to the beach in South Carolina. I always stay ocean front because I love having nothing in front of me but water. I get with friends and play golf or just relax at the beach. Love it!

Also, I go to Las Vegas every year. I love the excitement and love to people watch. (It is fun to see the high rollers at the beautiful women dressing in stunning clothes.) I always go to at least two shows while I am there also. And boy do I eat well.

PS: My sisters family just came back from a vacation that included Dubrovnik, Croatia.

I went to summer school and learned about astronomy.

I went to Mazatlan, Mexico and had a great time...nice waves there also. Then went on to Copper Canyon from there. Amazing place!!! I stayed in a motel on the rim of the canyon. Awesome experience!!!

I toured parts of the Southwestern US for a few weeks including stops in San Diego, Joshua Tree National Park, Mojave National Preserve, and Grand Canyon National Park. Most of the time was spent hiking, climbing, and drinking beer around the campfire in some amazing natural settings. Finished the trip with a few nights in Las Vegas, which is quite the contrast compared to the starkness of the desert. Hit the tables (and won) then followed the BigA plan mentioned above (eat, drink, and soak up the sights).

Also, I spent a week in the Midwest visiting family and friends, which included a trip to Cedar Point amusement park. If you like roller coasters, then there is no better place on the planet.

Got to disagree and say that Six Flags Magic Mountain that has the best roller coasters.

That being said, I've never been to Six Flags MM. Time to plan another trip! lol

I know Cedar Point is a really good place, not trying to take away from it. Never been there, on my to do list, but I've seen videos of all their rides. I'm just saying because MM has got some really good coasters, and from what I've seen most are better than Cedar Point's. Think there's only 2 rides I want to ride, the new one and I think the other one is blue, don't remember the name.

I went down to my appartment in Blanes for 10 days during the Santa-Ana festival week and it was great:
Beer was cheap
Girls were hot
Clubs were packed
Weather was brill!!!

I got back 2 weeks ago from the beautiful island of Ischia near Capri in the Bay of Naples. It was great and I climbed/spluttered up the volcano, Vesuvius.

going to ibiza for the weekend tomorrow and then egypt first 2 weeks of october.
got to get away from this pathetic weather
