Right i want to make a team but i dont want to make one if no ones going to join so id rathr make a thread first asking if nyone would want to join (so i dont look an idiot when i make a team and im the only person in it!!

)

sooo .. name of the team?
do want to be in a team with the tbird

theme and orientation of team?
group meatings and a specify table/tables to play on?
Timezones?
how shall we go about making a team?... and so on and so forth

if no one replies to this thread then atleat ill know not to make a team lol

oo p.s just incas i forget about the threadd, if youve got any ideas then maybe pm me with your ideas ...and stuff

Hmm team are setup for tournaments BUT it's only because those tournaments are Heads-up which means no collusion on tables!
If you create a team it will never be something usable for other multi-players tournaments and we will have a strict policy about that : Poker is an individual game and team are meaningless outside HU.

"Team" is a meaningless word when it comes to poker : Poker is an individual game and collusion play is stricly prohibited, that's why we will authorized only teams for Heads-up tournaments. Do whatever you want there but no one will be authorized to talk about teams on tournaments or post any comment like "Aye you see we have 10 more victories on Oz wombats than your team" : You can be banned for that.
So enjoy the team system if you want but it will be restricted to heads-up and stricly enforced that way.

thats fine mate - So basically the team system is only used for tournaments that are made in the forum (such as the heads up one that goes on)[stictly headsup]

right i understand a bit better now.

Tournaments setup on forum are a plus only because HU multi-tables tournaments aren't yet automatized and those will be used only for heads-up tournaments.
So yes teams are usable only for tournaments setup through forum AND only for heads-up (if someone find a way to use that new tournaments plugin in a different way then teams won't be available for that usage there).

Ah no no, it's just a way to automatize the drawings & follow advancements in tournaments... You will still have to contact your opponent and find a HU table yourself then write back to forum the result in the tournament system.
