Red face Too much poker?????

I've been in work for one day in the past 7 days, thanks Christmas
I was sooooooo looking forward to the time off to be able to play more cash poker, pick up a few more medals, play tourneys and sng's that I just don't get a chance to when i'm at work......
Well all started well....I won 4 of kingpete's xmas medals, collected a few more bucks from cash double-up sngs (gotta love them ) BUT
after my one day in work yesterday, I came home and I can't play poker anymore I've lost it completely..... lost cash and chips today and my tourney finishes last night and today (just out of BC at 58th ) are awful

so.....my question....can playing too much poker affect your game?
Has it ever happened to you?
How long do I have to wait before I can play again?
What do i do now?

What I've encounted is that you always seem to be calling on the same hands, when i wasn't getting to far in tourneys i changed game plan if you can get away with cheap calls i started playing alot of lower str8 draw hands.Oh and bluff the heck out of 23 suited.

yes most defenetly you end up on alto pilet and you find your playing the cards only and not the players witch leads to many bad calls and frustration bets
