"The Truth Hurts" was quoted to me not to long ago as I had put a thread on the forum with a link to an Everleaf discussion and it was deleted very soon after.

As being a, I believe a good stewart of this site for over two years (of course thats my opinion), I would have hoped for an explanation of why the thread was deleted and by whom.

Was it a mod?
Was it Lava himself?
Was it an Everleaf representative?

I am not out looking for someone to be hung out to dry here but a simply reason why the site has lost features and items not being repaired as we lose members to other sites.

From what I read and it took me to other locations, my opinion was that Lava took this site to a new script and lost control of what can be repaired, (chat, flash version, tourneys missing etc) and what can not be. I believe it is totally out of his control, again, my opinion.

I feel bad for Lava if for the little bit I read is true.

If someone deletes this thread, please send me a PM for an explanation and it will stop here.

In your case it's quite obvious why it was deleted.

No, I am not stiring up a hornets nest, I am trying to understand what is going on with this site. I get no help from tech support-I take that back, they tell me that its my computer and that I should only have OP operating at the time of me trying to load flash.

Hope you get it fixed hun ....... don't like to see players having problems with connections etc. Guess the backroom are doing their very best to help.

Consider the amount of emails they must get during the course of a day, when it is a technical problem then it takes them so much longer to answer as everything then has to go to that department.

They must also be dealing with projects and their existing workload and any backlog that has accumulated due to holidays and sickness etc.

So like any business sexy, I guess they will get to us in the fullness of time, but I know for certain that you are a valued player on the site and would hope that you can get things sorted.

Sym, I understand what you are saying but I have been having trouble for a long time and if I ran a business with customer support as I am getting now, I would look for another vendor but, I am still here and that is because of the nice people like yourself on the forum I would truly miss if I went to another location.

SNM, if it is the thread I am thinking about it is being reviewed, and was deleted pending that review. The information contained in the link was dated, and not anything to do with OP66 as a network member. I also think the mod may have communicated on that with you, but I will have to double check.

As to the network issues, we are doing all we can (and by that I mean raising cain) to try and get the flash addressed for all. As some are reporting that it works fine, we are dealing with a huge kettle of fish, as to what the difference could be that is causing it to work for some but not for all.

As for the other items that are within the forum side, the list has been sent and I have been told that a programmer will be working on these items. I can only hope, since I don't do the coding thing.

In Tasha's defence (not that she needs it!!), she posted this thread, and the said deleted one, in all good staid, not as has been suggested to stir up a hornets nest, that is done by posts like that!!!!, as she and others of us here are looking for answers to on-going questions to which TheTexan (bless his cotton socks xx), is doing his upmost to answer as best he can.....
She does not deserve the kind of answer/reply that one said member posted, as others of us here also feel 'unsure and somewhat 'miffed' at the moment with probs that have affected some of our fellow OP players.

OK I went back and re-checked (I think AusAngel has PM'd you), but here is the deal, the link deals with the dissatisfaction of an Everlead skin owner. ONE OWNER. No matter what company you deal with, you can find someone who does not like the service, even Disney has complaints. To put that forth in a forum where new members could be influences by it, especially since it has nothing to do with our relationship, if probably not good. Hence the removal for review.
