Depends if you're playing for fun or chips. For chips then High Rollers mini or the 200K Turbo. For fun I always play the 40K Turbo or the All-In Table. Just play which ever table you want that works for you.

I generally played mini tables around 1/4 of my total chips(on that day) to build up. It gives you a few tries to get atleast a couple of 3rd placings to break even, and hopefully a few 1st and 2nd places to build.
