i dont understand what you all think is wrong with this new site
when we were at pitbull we all moaned our heads off about abusive players ,no avatars,no way to find out where our friends are and loads more besides

blacklava and his team have gone to a lot of trouble to give us the site that we have asked for (and probably got in some trouble for leaving pitbull) but still we moan

instead of just saying you dont like it please explain what it is you dont like and maybe the boss can get it sorted out

as blacklava has said the key to getting this site running the way we like it is to start playing the sit and gos like we used to on the first site
i mostly play those now and along with a group of like minded players have a great time with a bit of friendly rivelry to keep us on our toes
when we start playing poker with our friends again we will start enjoying it again no matter what the table or the floor looks like

we have to at least give this site a chance
i look forward to playing you all on a table soon

for the 1st time in ages we are getting in control of chip dumping.thats awful...

the avatars that no one wanted back are back, thats awful...

the timebank we all loved has gone, thats awful..

the fast tourneys/sit and go's are back,thats awful..

foul language at the tables can now be sorted easily, thats awful..

the list go's on.

Personally , I think I prefer it now. I still get the odd crash, but when it happens, reaload and re connection is almost instant. Freerolls are of a much better standard, than on the previous network, and with the welcome addition of the "ultra outlaws" it means that you never have to wait too long before the next game comes along. I cant comment on the ring tables because frankly they have never interested me, but my opinion is that things have improved and the community thrives and grows. It is sad to see some old faces go but it is good to see so many good new players evolving.

So I say Long live OP66 , let the whingers drown in their tears !!

Ok,ive kept quiet because i play elsewhere most of the time now.
This was my home,the place i thought i was taught to how to play poker and will always love our community.
I loved OP66 the poker site n wouldnt hesitate to talk about it to any1.
Now i just cant get into it at all,and i dont mean log on problems coz i dont hav issues like that.
Since i started here,a lot of high profile players/members have left or just dont play here.
I cant really comment on the level of play because i feel like i am quite a poor player but it aint like it was on script 1. To many silly calls hitting that i am to affraid to call a 3 times raise pre-flop with high pair or high suited connectors.
Gone are the guarenteed prize pools on the SnG's or mini tornaments as they used to be called,so its not worth sittin around for ages waitin for a play chip game only to be joined by bingo callers,call stations or fishing donks.A raise is always called.
So ive heard,even the brilliant OP66 tornies hav been screwed by these DONK players.
Ive not deposited on this script because ive seen such bad play on the low end of the scale that i fear losing it all to bad play.Maybe im such a bad player that i cant get above a few dollars n its me that is the donk,thats how much i doubt my play on ere.
All i play now is the freerolls n ultra outlaws n everytime i log on its hours till one starts with nothin worth playing in between.
As for the chat box,well that alone was worth entering a game for but its almost imposible to hav a conversation now.
Im really hoping that eventually the tech n Blacklava can sort all this but i cant really play here much till it happens.
I would give good money (and hope alot of others would give their money) to BL to help create a OnlinePoker66 only site like we had because i know he is a good guy trying to create a member orientated community poker site.
The last scipt was just awfull n truelly believe BL was led up the garden path n screwed over by pitbull poker.I feel he lost alot of money and integrity through it.I feel sorry for the chap because it just shows how trusting and honest he is.
I really want to help build up this site because it is unique,there is no other site on the net that is so communal or welcoming.Yes we do bicker amoungst our selves,aint that wot most families do at times but we still hav love for each other.
No idea anymore what i need to do to help out here anymore.
Ive tried to be an affiliate to the site and attract more members.Welcomed new members n helped as many people as i can through table chat n forum threads.Tried to play poker like it is suposed to be (well how i can assume its supposed to be).Joined SnG's and put up threads to say they are waiting to be filled.Created invite tornies for all OP66 members to join.Deposited cash to help the rake process and earn OP66 some income.
I cant c me turning my back on OP66 but have to wonder where we r goin wrong?????
Really hope my rant doesnt upset anybody but im open to objection.

while im here did not get a reply on the time limits on the 2500/5000 which is around 30 mins sit out which is way to long when there is only 1 table people dont want to play BINGO which i hate im here to play poker. which MOST OF THE TIME I GET ITS FULL so end up on the waiting list. which slowly in time i will say enough is enough.

This site is a poker site: the first need is to have a correct script to play on and now that's done. Blacklava is working a lot and listening to every idea to improve it now and we finally have the possiblity to improve the whole thing now...

I understand the frustration with the ring tables free side. But the free rolls are of a good standard and also you will get a good game on the low sit and goes money side. I like the new site no lag

ok ive kept quiet for a while now
but after reading all the complaints its time to speak out
1)avatars are great
2)disconnection problems are mininal and when they do happen only takes a minute to get back not ten
3)ultra outlaws is great
4)we have a working chat room thats great too
5)there do seem to be a lot of freak rivers happening but ive been on both sides of them

overall the improvement is massive and i am impressed with our new home

as Buddha said let Lava and his tech team know of any problems you percieve

The new site is a vast improvement to the old. I whined with the others about table avatars, site down time and abusive players....we now have these problems fixed...and many other improvements as well. I have met and made some lovely new friends who have joined Op recently...I personally couldn't be happier......THANKS LAVA AND TEAM. We are still in the early stages....can't wait to see the future improvements...just getting better!!!

Reaper, you do need a break. I feel that your negativity all started because you apparently had a bad beat on the tables. It happens to all of us. Step back, take a breath, and come back when you have gotten over it. As long as you are angry, your game will show it...not for the better either.

I FOR ONE THINK THE NEW SCRIPT IS FAR SUPERIOR. EVERYTHING WORKS, IF YOU GET BUMPED, YOU'RE BACK IN NO TIME, USED TO SOMETIMES TAKE ME 40 MINUTES. AVATARS, FRIENDLY FACES, GOOD BANTER, WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE. I CAN'T WIN AN ARGUMENT AT THE MOMENT AND IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS I'VE SEEN SOME OF THE WORST CALLS I'VE EVER SEEN GO ON TO WIN THE POT. Reaper, I don't understand. I have seen you on the tables and you are good player and seem to be having a good time.

Personally I think if your looking for what is wrong you will always find something wrong. I played all three sites so far and I can if I want find things I don't like about each one (yes, included the beloved 1st site).

The reverse is also true, if I am looking for the positive that's what I find.

I chose to look for the positive and provide constructive criticism in order to improve the things I don't like. If you also make that choice I think you will be a lot happier here.

We can make this site what we want over time. It has already changed dramatically for the better in the short time we have been here.
