I could not help noticing how the chips toplist is now being dominated by women. Perhaps the time has come to scrap the Ladies toplist and replace it with a Gentlemans top list to give us guys a chance ?

As I mentioned in another thread, while understanding the idea behind the list, I find it actually sexist.

Either two separated lists.

Or just a common one (my preference)

Or the the three, gents, ladies & common.


The current scenario, defines ladies as "different" .... a form of sexism.


But I don't really care.

Putting it that way it does make sense. I mean I know I've heard some say that "I'm high up on the chiplists, but only because it's a ladies toplist". I also think that if there is a ladies toplist there should also be a gentlemen's toplists, and then a general toplist made up of everyone.

this is a point i brought up in another thread, if anything, women are better at poker because of there lack of testosterone..

I do find that when it is 1 on 1 the guys tend to just bet large and try to bully you off the table if you are a bit short stacked where as the girls are more patient. This isn't always the case but there is a bit of a trend in my experience.
