what use to be great tourney,s mucked up

to be honest i dont play hardly any tourneys at the moment, but whats being described here reminds me of when i first joined the site when i was 21

then it was not worth playing the first 6 or 10 hands till the all inners had had there fun.

then was sit and wait till you had a hand and cross ya fingers.

but that settled down after a few months, and poker took over and there was some great battles at the tables.

i suppose it has turned full circle due to the massive amount of new players on the site now,maybe there here to learn, and as they do there play will adapt.
for the good of the tourneys lets hope so

we need some all in tables like the old ones...so the people who wanna play like this can play with like minded people...then we can sneakily change the times of the tourneys while they're not looking and have a decent game without them

i dont know about the tourneys but a all in table might help the rings. so im sort of agreeing with sally lol

what i used to do was bore them with the time bank. if they kept on going all in i sat and waited till the last second to fold lol. cant even do that any more.

Lately I have been finding some pretty good games on here. Even though I have been in a slump lately I cannot complain about the behavior of people at the tables. It is rare that any OP66 tourney is not a good game. One bad table or one individual does not make this site a terrible place to play. I think some of the more experienced players need to be a little more tolerant.
If we are going to rant for days every time someone doesn't play the way we like then all we will do is rant. That will not improve the site.

I also think that people who believe it is better somewhere else will find themselves returning to this imperfect but great site.

No offense to anyone who posted on this thread with a little rant - I recognize the need to rant every now and then as well.

they say if you cant beat them join them, i did and i lost. others say wait till you have a good hand. i did raised the blinds with my AQ still got beat by 62. how else do i adapt? oh wait i dont, i quit.
