as you all know we will move to a new enhanced poker script & network, unfortunately we won't be able to transfer directly all bankrolls (real money) and the
transfer method will be to ask for a cashout then deposit money again in new system (where you will find good first time deposits bonuses).
In a matter of avoiding any traffic jam for cashouts managers it will be smoother if some could yet ask for their cashouts or at least a part of their money for the one having large bankrolls.
We will reply and help in the actual thread, feel free to ask.
For the ones having less than the $50 needed for cashout or if you haven't yet scored enough comp points to be able to cashout in case of a past bonuses triggering such need we will authorize as a temporary solution Outlaws City card transfers as a way to forward some money to players who can withdraw their money. Money transfers are available directly on the new system so they could forward you that amount back (when needed).
In addition we will run both poker rooms at the same time for at least one month, letting you the suffisant time I hope to fullfill the requirements in comp points or hit $50.
We've really tried to find an easier process, we know such setup isn't the best one and I hope nobody will feel shaved there : Please post here any concern and remember the new script isn't yet live, it should be publicly opened in mid july only.
EDIT : The way to grab back your money could be to buy the cards you've sold for the same prize, easier and triggering a trace in our database here in addition of poker side. I will update on that soon but it's same effect anyway.
