I hope I'm posting this in the right place, it appears to be a technical issue but if any mod wishes to move it to somewhere more appropriate then do that, it's feedback I'm looking for. Since I got a macbook this problem has kept recurring regularly. After I've logged in and clicked on the play poker button the usual tables window appears.

However after a certain period of time, if I've been off in the forum for example, when I go back to the table window I get a pop up saying 'connection has timed out'. This isn't really a problem as it's not difficult to close the window and re-open it.

When it does become a problem is like this, I'm the first to open a table, say a heads up or a 6 seater, if after 10 or 15 minutes no one else has joined it and I unregister from the table and go back to the table window to see if any other tables are available to join. Once again I get the 'connection has timed out' pop up, I close the tables window and reopen it. Then the table I was sat at on my own reopens automatically and I'm back sat at it on my own again. I unregister from it once more, that table closes, but my buy-in fee is never returned.
I'm not asking for refunds or anything, I'm just trying to understand why it's happening and if possible put a stop to it in the future.
Has any one else experienced this, I don't know if this is a flaw in the script, certainly the part where my buy-in isn't returned appears to be. Is there something I can do at my end to fix it, this has only beeen happening since I changed to a mac, maybe I just need to do some configuring somewhere to prevent it from timing out. Any advice from experienced mac users and mods would be much appreciated.
Thanks ntm.
